Shipping Policy

At DashKam Canada, we pride ourselves on fast and efficient shipping. With warehouses located globally, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.


 Shipping Status

  • Processing Time: Within 24 hours
  • Shipping Time: Typically 3–7 business days for standard delivery
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders across CANADA

Note: Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, payment verification, or public holidays.


 Shipping Orders

Orders are usually shipped within the same business day after payment has been processed unless otherwise stated. While we provide delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary depending on order timing and payment verification.

Orders may arrive in separate shipments. All purchases made through dashkam.ca are shipped under a contract, meaning the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.


 Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Once an order is prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update the address and reship the package at an additional fee.

Including a daytime phone number with your order is highly recommended.


 Delivery Information

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. Please check your registered email inbox for updates on your order status.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to My Account → Order History.


 Standard Shipping Times

Products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery by region:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.


 Tracking Numbers

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours.

If tracking updates do not appear within 3 business days, please contact us for support.


 Order Cancellation & Modification

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Order Modification: We are unable to modify orders once they are placed. If you need to change items, please cancel the order (before it ships) and place a new one.
