We welcome customers who wish to supply their own hardware, subject to the following conditions:

Hardware Review: We only accept installations that meet our quality benchmarks. Some cameras—due to thick wiring or poor build quality—cannot be installed with a clean, factory-style finish. If we can’t do it perfectly, we won't do it at all.
Scope of Service: Our service covers the physical installation and power-on testing. We do not offer ongoing support for third-party apps, advanced feature setup, or hardware troubleshooting.
App Connectivity: While we are happy to assist with phone pairing as a courtesy, we cannot guarantee connectivity for all third-party models.
